Rules and Instructions for Parents & Students

පංති සඳහා සහභාගී වන විට පිළිපැදිය යුතු නීති සහ උපදෙස්

👔 Dress Code & Appearance / ඇඳුම් පැළඳුම් සහ පෙනුම

English:
Students must maintain a disciplined appearance. Gold jewellery (except small studs for girls) and wristwatches are strictly prohibited. For girls: leggings, shorts, three-quarter trousers, strap dresses, and skinnies are not allowed.
Sinhala:
සිසුන් විනයගරුක පෙනුමක් පවත්වා ගත යුතුය. රන් ආභරණ (කුඩා කරාබු හැර) සහ අත් ඔරලෝසු පැළඳීම සපුරා තහනම් වේ. ගැහැණු දරුවන් සඳහා ලෙගින්ස්, කොට කලිසම් (Shorts/three quarters), ස්ට්‍රැප් ඇඳුම් සහ ස්කිනී ඇඳීම තහනම් වේ.

💳 Payment Policy / ගෙවීම් ප්‍රතිපත්තිය

English:
Monthly fees for the upcoming month must be paid on or before the 30th of the current month. Payment details must be updated via the official Payment Update Link. Admission and monthly fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
*No payments are accepted at the premises.
Sinhala:
අදාළ මාසය සඳහා වන මාසික ගාස්තු ඊට පෙර මාසයේ 30 වන දිනට හෝ ඊට පෙර ගෙවිය යුතුය. ගෙවීමෙන් පසු Payment Update Link හරහා විස්තර යොමු කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. ඔබ විසින් ගෙවන ලද ඇතුළත් වීමේ ගාස්තු හෝ මාසික ගාස්තු කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත නැවත ලබා නොදෙන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න. පංති පවත්වන ස්ථානයේදී කිසිදු ගෙවීමක් භාරගනු නොලැබේ.

📅 Attendance & Termination / පැමිණීම සහ ඉවත් කිරීම

English:
If a student is absent for more than one month without prior notice, the name will be automatically removed from the register.
Sinhala:
පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමකින් තොරව මාසයකට වැඩි කාලයක් පන්තියට නොපැමිණෙන සිසුන්ගේ නම නාමලේඛනයෙන් ස්වයංක්‍රීයව ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.

🚫 Poya Day Holiday / පෝය දින නිවාඩු

English:
According to the Special Gazette Notification (No. 1780/14), conducting classes on Poya Days is restricted. Therefore, there will be no classes on Poya Days.
Sinhala:
2015.03.09 දින (අංක 1780/14) නිකුත් කරන ලද විශේෂ ගැසට් නිවේදනයට අනුව පෝය දින වලදී පන්ති නොමැති බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.

🚗 Transport & Parking / රථවාහන හැසිරවීම

English:
Parking on Welegedara Mawatha or surrounding by-roads is strictly prohibited. Follow security instructions to queue on the left side of the road without blocking traffic.
Sinhala:
වෙලගෙදර මාවතේ හෝ අවට අතුරු මාර්ගවල වාහන නවතා තැබීම සපුරා තහනම්ය. ආරක්ෂක නිලධාරීන්ගේ උපදෙස් මත මාවතේ වම්පසින් පෝලිමේ පැමිණිය යුතුය.

🩺 Health & Safety / සෞඛ්‍ය සහ ආරක්ෂාව

  • Face masks are mandatory. Keep an extra mask in the bag. / මුහුණු ආවරණ පැළඳීම අනිවාර්යයි.
  • Refrain from sending the child if they are unwell. / දරුවාට අසනීප නම් පංතියට එවීමෙන් වළකින්න.
